SPORTS MEDICINE CARE FOR LIMESTONE COUNTY ATHLETES
Athens, Alabama– (July 29, 2020) The Orthopaedic Center-TOC Athens announces a new partnership in which TOC Athens will begin serving as the exclusive and official “Sports Medicine Provider” for the Limestone County Schools, providing services which include Orthopaedic, Spine and Sports Medicine care.
“We are extremely excited to continue our relationship with TOC. Limestone County students and employees will benefit from the expanded services available in this new agreement,” said Randy Shearouse, Superintendent of Limestone County Schools.
Under this partnership, all Limestone County High School athletes will have priority access to the exceptional sports medicine care from TOC Athens’ Dr. Patrick Boyett, Dr. Eric Stanford, Dr. Bill Lawrence, Dr. Blake Boyett, Dr. Jason Hatfield, and Dr. Hunter Boyett. TOC will partner with Athens- Limestone Hospital and P4 Physical Therapy for therapy services and Athletic Trainers.
“With six of our TOC doctors living in right here in Limestone County, the access to care will be outstanding. TOC Athens has just completed a 25,000 square foot clinic facility with an attached surgery center. Now with the relationship with TOC, P4 Sports Physical Therapy, HH, and ALH system, this gives us the opportunity to provide benefits such as Physicals Day, after-hours sports clinics, and access to multiple surgeons in the clinic,” said Dr. Patrick Boyett, Orthopaedic Doctor with TOC Athens. “We are excited to be a part of these schools.”
The Orthopaedic Center-TOC Athens will continue to proudly serve as the official Sports Medicine providers to all Athens City Schools. Now with the newly formed partnership with Limestone County Schools, TOC Athens is the most trusted source of orthopaedic care for all of the Limestone County/Athens area.
The Partnership between TOC Athens and Limestone County Schools is effective beginning the 2020-2021 school year.
